Pattaya, Thailand may not have the same glitz and glamor of Cannes in France. However, this city run by the sea on the southern coast of Thailand to attract 1 million tourists a year. Pattaya has invented a class of its own special atmosphere and its reputation as one of the wildest of the night scene in the tiny slivers of South Asia. Of course, there may be short on class when compared to the stuffy bars and clubs in Cannes, with its champagnes $ 2000. But you bars with names like “Beaver” serve chilled Tiger beer for $ 2 to find?
